For more than twenty years, Kay Cameron was "chief innkeeper" at Cameron's Crag Bed & Breakfast while husband Glen worked full time, first in education administration and then as District Executive for Boy Scouts of America, while assisting at the B&B in whatever way he could.
After Glen's retirement in 2006 he became more involved in the day to day operation of the B&B. Following Kay's death in 2009, he decided to keep the business open and became a full time innkeeper. He is assisted by long-time assistant innkeeper/employee Janet Miller.
Glen worked in the education field, serving as teacher and superintendent in public schools before accepting an administrative position at The School of the Ozarks (now College of the Ozarks) in 1969. He held various positions there until 2003 when he retired as Dean of Campus and International Services after 34 years of service.
Janet is originally from central Illinois and moved to the Branson area in 1978 to attend School of the Ozarks (now College of the Ozarks) where she worked in Glen's office as a student. She returned to the College in 1990 as a staff member in the Admissions office where Glen was dean. Eventually she began working part-time at Cameron's Crag in addition to her full-time position at the College. Following Glen's retirement from the College in 2003 he and his wife spent a semester in The Netherlands with the international exchange program. Janet became a full-time innkeeper and managed the B&B in their absence.
Glen has been involved with Boy Scouts of America for many years, serving as District Chairman, Order of the Arrow Advisor, Council Commissioner, Council President, Area Vice President, and District Executive, among other capacities. He continues to stay active in Scouting on a volunteer basis. Glen is an active Rotarian and Past District Governor of Rotary International District 6080. He also devotes time and energy to several church, community, and civic organizations as well as traveling and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Janet and her husband Kevin have three "20 something" children and one grandchild. Janet is active in ministry at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Branson.

Branson has something for everyone!
With over 100 live music shows in a variety of genres including country, easy listening, rock 'n' roll, pop, gospel, bluegrass, and more. You'll also find plenty of comedy, variety shows, magicians, and well-known performers that play limited engagements and more theatre seats than Broadway.
One of the many reasons to come to Branson is our shopping. It is so much fun! We have those unique shops with an Ozark flavor, brand-name stores on the lakefront shopping district, handmade treasures, and outlet malls for the bargain hunter. Our historic downtown shopping is delightful, with nooks and crannies around town where you'll find an unexpected treasure, so keep your eyes open for that one unique item you want to take home.
For outdoor activities you'll find ziplines, water sports on three lakes, indoor and outdoor water parks, hiking, horseback riding, boating, and more. Golfers will want to know about the quality golf courses in Branson--from par-3 courses to 18-hole championship courses designed by some of the best pros in the business. We have some wonderful museums and attractions including the Titanic Museum, Silver Dollar City theme park, Veterans Museum and many others. You can take your family to play miniature golf, enjoy go-carts, or laser tag. You can even make your own pottery, drive a DUK, or take a scenic helicopter tour. All that Branson has to offer is set against a backdrop of gorgeous Ozarks scenery.
One thing is for certain, we have FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!! Buffets, fast food, slow food, family restaurants, steaks, fish, dinner theatres, outside restaurants, floating restaurants, gourmet restaurants with linen napkins with delicate wines and beautifully arranged food. You'll also find wineries, microbreweries, and one of the few legal distilleries in the state since prohibition. It's a lot of fun to eat in Branson, even if you just want coffee or an ice cream cone for the kids. When you think the night is over and you'd still like to do just one more thing... we have a nightlife that will please all. You can sit quietly while overlooking the water, or go dancing and see the celebrities, a comedy club, or a local pub.
Come see for yourself why folks have been coming to Branson for over a hundred years.
