- To guarantee a reservation by phone or online, please provide a credit card number and expiration date.
- We require one night's rental as the deposit.
- A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect which states that (1) if a cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment for all days unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation and (2) if a cancellation is made 14 days or more before your reservation date, you will be refunded in full (less a $25 processing fee). No refunds are available for early departures or no shows.

Its beautiful flowers and foliage, water fountain and water fall area, and the incredible stone work that surrounds this setting sets it apart from other wedding venues in town. It makes a perfect atmosphere for an elegant, enchanting wedding you will not forget. Picture yourself marrying your true love in this romantic, peaceful garden - pledging your love, surrounded by fragrant blossoms, or nestled among the antiques in our lovely Victorian Parlor, perhaps in front of our huge bay window (with original glass) or in front of the intricately carved Monks' bench. Either choice gives you a special feeling of stepping back in time that will be remembered forever.
We would love to help you celebrate your life together by giving you these choices of settings and packages, whether you would just like an hour or so for your wedding and toasting or whether you would also like to spend your honeymoon with us, or even have your friends or family stay with us as well. Wedding Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
- Weddings only (without a stay) require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve the date.
- Weddings paid in full that are canceled 14 days or more before the date will receive a refund less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Wedding reservations canceled within 14 days or less of the reserved date will not receive a refund of the deposit.
- Additional guests are $10 per person.
Important information: Arkansas marriage licenses may be purchased, in person, at the Carroll County Courthouse (downtown Eureka Springs - both parties must be present). Licenses are valid for 60 days and cost $58 - CASH ONLY!. No blood tests or waiting period is required but both will need to know their Social Security number AND have a valid state issued ID, passport or birth certificate with them. Contact the County Clerk at 479-253-8646 for additional details. Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 4:00 pm / Sat 9 am - 12 pm.
